All attendees must complete this form and pay a conference registration fee of $100 for government attendees, $140 for industry DPAAS members and $170 for industry non-DPAAS members. We regret that no refund of payments can be made after 5 June 2001. The conference fee includes continental breakfast, break refreshments, and lunches on 12 and 13 June, and dinner on the evening of 12 June. The conference fee also includes parking in the underground garage in the David H. Ponitz Center.
There will be an exhibit area for demonstrations and follow-up discussions during breaks and meals. If you or your organization would like an area for presentation / demonstration, fill out the separate exhibit application form on this website.
