All attendees must complete this form and pay a conference registration fee of $100 for government attendees, $140 for industry DPAAS members and $170 for industry non-DPAAS members.  We regret that no refund of payments can be made after 5 June 2001.  The conference fee includes continental breakfast, break refreshments, and lunches on 12 and 13 June, and dinner on the evening of 12 June.  The conference fee also includes parking in the underground garage in the David H. Ponitz Center.

There will be an exhibit area for demonstrations and follow-up discussions during breaks and meals. If you or your organization would like an area for presentation / demonstration, fill out the separate exhibit application form on this website.

  1. For government employees, this conference qualifies as sixteen (16) hours of acquisition training.  

  2. We will obtain information about your credit card through Paypal.

  3. If you are paying by DD Form 1556, it must be processed and approved through your regular organizational channels. Please start this process as soon as possible. Although you may register early, merely checking the "DD Form 1556" block above does not obligate the government in any way.
