Any configuration will be considered by called the contact numbers listed below.  However, normal exhibit space consists of one 6 ft. by 2.5 ft. table and two chairs in an area about six by eight feet. Standard 115 volt AC is available, not to exceed 1000 watts. Otherwise, exhibits should be self-contained.  There is no charge for  exhibitors. 

Exhibits may be set up anytime after 2:00 p.m. on 11 June.  Exhibits may be left overnight on June 11 and 12.  A guard will be provided.  Exhibits can be viewed during all breaks,  lunches, and the reception on June 12.   All materials must be removed by 1600 on June 13.   By submitting this application, exhibitor agrees to abide with the rules of the symposium as set by the Dayton Chapter of DPAAS.
